Have you told us you are a carer? A carer is anyone, including children and adults who cares, unpaid, for a friend or family member who due to illness, disability, mental health problem or an addiction cannot cope without their support.
Please come along to our Carers morning on Thursday 15 June 2023 from 9.15am where we have Sarah joining us from Wigan & Leigh Carers Centre, no appointment necessary. She will be on hand in our main surgery reception offering help, support and advice to our carers. In addition to this we will also have our community link worker, care co-ordinator and our healthcare assistant available to provide further guidance on a variety of related matters and local support/events which you may find useful and be unaware of.
