If you are a registered patient aged 45 years and over and haven’t had a blood pressure check within the last 5 years, please pop into the surgery this week where we are holding two walk in BP clinics. No appointment is required just come on down to the surgery on either Thursday 15 June 2023 between 1pm-4.15pm or Friday 16 June 2023 between 9.15am-11.45am. Please note these clinics are just for our registered patients and are for blood pressure checks only.
Alternatively if you have a home blood pressure monitor, please telephone the surgery on 01942 807750 to submit your latest reading, including the date and time taken.
