Dr M K Patel & Partners at Longshoot Health Centre are delighted to say we will be working with Daffodils Dreams Charity and Sunshine House Community Centre in a bid to support those families most in need over the festive period.
The collection box can be found in reception for the whole of November! Please see the image below on how you can support further and what items we will be accepting as donations. If you prefer to make a Cash donation that will contribute towards items to be purchased by the practice, please hand this directly to a staff member at the reception desk.
Our staff and patient participation group are reaching out to all our patients to help support this cause.
