Today we have gained our certificate of accreditation for meeting the standards required to become an Armed Forces veteran friendly accredited GP practice and supporting the health commitments of the Armed Forces Covenant.
If you have served in the armed forces even for a day you are classed as a military veteran. It is important that we hold this information on your medical records to ensure you receive the right care at the right time and by the right person, it can also help aid diagnosis. If you haven’t already please let the receptionist or clinician know so that we can update your medical records.
