We would like to invite our Military Veterans for a brew and a chat with each other and our team, including our healthcare assistant, community link workers, care coordinators and mental health link worker. We will also have representatives from Wigan Council Be Well Team, We Are With You, as well as the primary care liaison officer from the Armed Forces Centre in Wigan.
