The NHS friends and family test is an important opportunity for you to provide feedback on the care and treatment you receive and to improve services.
The test asks the standard question:
How likely are you to recommend our ward/A&E department to friends and family if they needed similar care or treatment?
Patients use a six point descriptive response scale to answer the questions with the following response categories

Likely
Neither likely nor unlikely
Unlikely
Extremely unlikely
Don’t know
