Reception:

You can contact the surgery by telephone between 8:00am and 6:30pm.

The surgery reception is closed between 12:30pm and 1:30pm; however, access can still be made by telephone during this time.

HELP US TO HELP YOU!

Did you know your GP is available to advise by telephone AS WELL AS in the surgery?

Many problems can be dealt with by expert advice from your GP over the telephone, for example:

  • Follow up problems for which you have already seen your GP
  • Review of medication
  • Conditions for which your GP may not need to examine you

THINK before you make an appointment to see your GP.

PHONE

If you need telephone advice please give your number to the receptionist and your doctor will ring you when he or she is free. You may be asked to give brief details of your problem. Messages will not be left on patient's answer phone machines in order to maintain confidentiality.

It is important that the practice is informed of any change in your home and/or mobile telephone number.
